Beyond the Basics: Pose Lab Class 2

This series of skill-based classes helps you build a better understanding of some of your favorite and most challenging poses in a fun, playful way!
Learn the anatomy (the what and the why) of the posture, how to make it work in your body, ways to fine tune and explore variations and transitions you can use in classes.
Each class is a little different, exhibiting the wide range of personalities in our teachers! But generally speaking, you’ll start with a warm-up of sun salutations, gather round for a quick discussion, practice and explore the pose and variations, and put it together in a mini flow.
