This exciting workshop is designed to introduce children and teens, aged 6 to 14 (with older teens also welcome), to the magical world of aerial arts. Held at the vibrant Alive Movement studio, this event promises a day of adventure, creativity, and fun high above the ground.

What to Expect:

  • Introduction to Aerial Arts: Our experienced instructors will provide a safe and engaging introduction to aerial silks, hoops, and more. Participants will learn the basics and discover the thrill of defying gravity.
  • Develop Strength and Flexibility: Aerial activities promote physical strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will have the opportunity to build their physical skills while having a blast.
