What could be better than a soft summer afternoon outdoors experiencing live music on the 4th of July.  We think not much and so every summer the Hilliard Arts Council hosts a Sunday concert series featuring an eclectic mix of performers and music styles. The concerts are free to the public and occur in front of the Hilliard Civic and Cultural Arts Center although this concert is being held at the Norwich Pavilion at Weaver Park adjacent to the Franklin County Fairgrounds.  

This July 4th concert will include patriotic favorites.
