Motivation at the Station has been extended through October, with the addition of Thursday classes!
Local Studio SHED Fitness will lead a 50-minute circuit-style full body workout of strength and interval exercises at Hilliard’s Station Park. Classes are free and designed for people of all fitness levels to come together an empower each other to reach peak total body performance.
Please maintain six feet of social distancing at all times and wear a mask before and after your workout. Class will be canceled if temperature is below 45 degrees.
