SHED is gearing up for our 3rd annual Dri-Triathlon event on Saturday, February 11th. Teams of 3 will compete for time on the rowers, treads, and floor strength exercises. Whether you want to test your fitness capacity or merely just love good competitive fun, this is an event you don’t want to miss!
*There will be two waves: 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM.
*5 teams of 3 in each time-slot; 10 teams competing total (unless we have a large demand we will add a 3rd wave).
*No all male teams. Max 2 males, max 2 trainers per team.
*$10.00 Registration fee per participant.
These events tend to fill up quickly! So send a text or DM, put together a team of 3 and email email@example.com your team members and preferred start time. Upon registration, a SHED team member will process your team registration fee.
Registration fees will go towards a prize for 1st and 2nd place teams as well as refreshments and a snack in the lobby following the event. Thank you so much for your participation.
