Yoga Basics
5:30 pm -Learn the basics, feel better & more confident in your poses as you explore the wonderful world of yoga. Yoga is a lifelong practice best experienced when you delve beyond the “how” to understand the benefits.
Each pose will be broken down for a safe and comfortable learning experience. Explore modifications and variations to best suit your body! Great for true beginners or anyone looking to refine. Led by Tiffany.

Investment is $50 for all four classes, or drop in for $15/class. Please register each person individually
