Yoga Basics

Learn the basics, feel better & more confident in your poses as you explore the wonderful world of yoga. Yoga is a lifelong practice best experienced when you delve beyond the “how” to understand the benefits.
Each pose will be broken down for a safe and comfortable learning experience. Explore modifications and variations to best suit your body! Great for true beginners or anyone looking to refine. Led by Tiffany.
Sundays in July 5:30-6:20PM.
Week 1 (July 10): Warm-ups and breath connection
Week 2 (July 17): Foundational and standing poses
Week 3 (July 24): The “trickier” poses
Week 4 (July 31): Intro to Sun Salutations
Investment is $50 for all four classes, or drop in for $15/class. Please register each person individually
