Hilliard’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) allows adults 21 and older to enjoy an alcoholic beverage while exploring Downtown Hilliard.
How to Explore with DORA:
Step One: Purchase an alcoholic beverage any day of the week between noon and 8:30 p.m. from any business displaying a blue DORA sign in the window.
Step Two: Stroll within the boundaries of the DORA map.
Step Three: Shop in stores with a green DORA sign in the window.
Step Four: Repeat!
DORA Etiquette:
- Please drink responsibly!
- While you are encouraged to enjoy beverages purchased at participating DORA locations, please finish your drink before entering a new dining establishment.
- You must purchase your beverage from an approved DORA location. No outside alcohol is permitted.
- Let the bartender know you would like your drink in a DORA-approved cup. Only Hilliard’s eco-friendly DORA cups are allowed outside of restaurants.
- Check store windows before entering with a DORA beverage. If there is a red DORA sign, please finish your drink before entering.
