Curious about the Sun Salutation Sequence? While it consists of four basic poses, there’s nothing basic about it! In fact, it dates back 2,500 years.
In this class, you’ll learn how to do Sun Salutation A while building strength and flexibility. Explore variations, including hop back, refine your form in Chaturanga & practice linking Ujjayi breath with movement to gain the benefits of this beautiful sequence.
