Indulge in a peaceful and relaxing evening with Kelly & Sarah as they lead you through a soothing Deep Stretch Class followed by a tranquil Sound Healing experience.
Linger for a bit afterwards to soak up the experience with a tea service provided by Brewing Intuition. The Deep Rest Tea Blend is specially crafted to promote restful nights, calm nerves, and even aid in lucid dreaming.To practice sustainability, please bring your own mug from home.
