Destination Hilliard in partnership with Experience Columbus will host a Certified Tourism Ambassador training program. The CTA program is a nationally recognized industry certification for front-line employees, volunteers and industry leaders.  Columbus boasts the largest active program in the United States.  Experience Columbus will not only provide information on the Columbus region, but will share Hilliard-specific information so our ambassadors are keenly aware of our rich history, annual events, and ways in which to be involved in the Hilliard community.
