Be on the lookout for this patriotic pop-up parade coming to your neighborhood each night from June 29 through July 2! The Red, White, and Blue Express will include Hilliard Division of Police cars, Norwich Fire Department trucks, City of Hilliard vehicles, and more. The City will “live stream” the GPS location of the Express each evening on Facebook!
