The Franklin County Agriculture Society’s 4th of July Parade will take place on Monday, July 4 this year. The parade starts at 9 a.m. at the Franklin County Fairgrounds, with a new route. From the fairgrounds it will head south down Main Street, continue east on Cemetery Road, north on Norwich Street, then north on Columbia Street and end at the Franklin County Fairgrounds.
