Motivation at the Station

7:00 am - 9:00 am Hilliard's Station Park

Motivation at the Station runs from June 6 through August 1 (no class July 4). Work out and have fun on Saturday mornings in the summer with our fitness series. Featuring local instructors, this series is great for your mind and body. Classes start at ​7 AM with SHED Fitness and 8:00 AM ​with Mat Happy Yoga. Each class is 50 minutes long. These classes are free!
