The Hilliard Civic Association signature event is the Old Hilliardfest Art & Street Fair. Hilliardfest is a street fair that takes place in downtown Hilliard, Ohio on Main Street each fall, each September. The main festival takes place from throughout the day, featuring live music, great food, kids games and jumpies, carnival rides, a sunflower show, a car show, an Kid’s Fair, and of course, various local businesses and organizations.

While our organization’s known for our September art and street fair, we’re beginning to expand our outreach to the community by planning additional events, as well as developing grant and scholarship programs.
