Whether you are expecting, trying to conceive, or want to learn more about exercise through and after pregnancy, this class series is for you. This is a 5 week interactive series led by a pelvic floor physical therapist and pre/postnatal chiropractor hosted at SHED Fitness in Hilliard, Ohio.
Be prepared to learn about how to keep yourself & your pelvic floor healthy through pregnancy and safely return to exercise postpartum. This series will include a mix of learning, exercising, and most importantly, myth-busting all of the ‘mom’ issues with return to exercise postpartum. It is never too late to learn!
