Founded in 2015 by former Ohio State Buckeye and NBA player, Dallas Lauderdale III and his sister Tahja, Direction Up is dedicated to transforming the lives of youth, “one bounce at a time”. Their mission is to encourage, empower and motivate youth from all walks of life to aim higher in every aspect of life. They want to remind youth that in everything, there is a choice. They can choose to respond negatively to circumstances, or they can choose to respond positively.
